Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. For any concerns regarding returns and refunds contact us first by emailing info@teatekco.com before posting anything. 

On non-consumable products, we'll happily process a refund (excluding shipping costs) if you are not happy with your purchase and contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

Once we receive your return our team will check the condition of the items. If they look poorly we may deny a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
